Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition. To start a return, contact us at jackiesatticstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we confirm your return is eligible, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., personal care products, opened supplements). These will be noted on the product page where applicable.
